| Bath Harbor Marina- Offers motel
rooms, slips, outdoor hot tub and nearby restaurant in Bath, North Carolina.
Blackbeard wuz there! |
|
|
| Marina Palmira- also in
La Paz, newer and maybe a bit nicer, but out of town a bit. |
|
| Marina San
Carlos- where many Mexico cruisers leave their boats off season-
they also have Marina Seca, for dry storage |
|
| Marina
Real -another option in San Carlos- nice marina but out of town a
bit |
|
|
| Marina
El Cid- slightly nicer but more expensive alternative in Mazatlan,
just inside the entrance channel. |
|
| Paradise Village
Marina- In a beautiful resort setting north of Vallarta (Nuevo
Vallarta area), this is one of the best run, all around fine marinas
anywhere. Dick and Gina will take good care of you there. |
|
Isla Navidad- the
marina at Grand Bay Hotel in Barra de Navidad. What a beautiful,
though expensive place that is! Right across the bay from the town of
Barra, which isn't expensive at all...link is broken now, but should be up
again soon? |
Marina Ixtapa- just north of
Zihua, a very nice marina, but watch out for cocodrillos, AKA crocs. |
|
| Marina Nuevo Vallarta-
a little rough around the edges last I was there, but cheaper than
Paradise Village...and right next to it. |
|
|
Vuda Point Marina- Nadi,
Fiji, a wonderful little womb-like shelter from the reefs and shallows of
the Fiji waters. |
